The character creation in Dragon Age: inquisition was amazing (although I struggled to enjoy the game) as well as Saints Row (which I really enjoyed). But there seem to be so few good (single player) games with decent character creation - and not just picking from a few presets. It’s the main reason I enjoy games like Skyrim and Fallout.
